Zenith horizon asset management limited (hereinafter referred to as “Zenith Horizon”) is a strategic investment vehicle of Longrun Financial Holdings and its platform dedicated to asset management. It was established in Hong Kong in June 2024 through a collaboration between Longrun Financial Holdings and the controlling shareholder of Shanghai Zhanhong Investment Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Zhanhong”).
In June 2025, Zenith horizon was granted the Asset Management (Type 9) and Securities Advisory (Type 4) licenses by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). Specializing in multi-strategy arbitrage investments, the company leverages robust investment logic, efficient trade execution, and stringent risk control to deliver long-term, consistent, and stable performance for its clients.
Longrun Financial Holdings is a comprehensive financial holding company. It currently wholly owns Longrun Financial Group, Longrun Wealth Management, and Longrun Capital, and holds a strategic stake in Zenith Horizon. Longrun Financial Group has been licensed by the SFC for futures trading and advisory since January 2012 and is currently applying for SFC securities trading and advisory licenses. Longrun Wealth Management has held a insurance broker license from the Hong Kong Insurance Authority for both general and long-term business (including linked long-term business) since March 2018. Longrun Capital, established in June 2025, focuses on equity investments.
